Final thumbnail decision. After working on the shapes and taking elements I liked and bringing them together I feel strong enough about the design here to start working on the character front and back view. I really enjoy working out individual items like the SMG and portrait. Solving these problems now will allow me to focus on more challenging elements later on.

A week ago I had a small hand injury that prevented me from drawing so while mulling over the idea for Art war I made some logos for the space mission and the medics patch, I think these will work nicely with the colour scheme I have in mind so I’ll be using them later, for now they look nice on the sheet too.

I really like what you've got going here. Great shapes to start with, and cool execution on the costuming after. It will be exciting to see this develop.

I was just thinking, after reading your comment about the medical bag, that some of the shapes in your figure mimic the shape of a traditional doctors bag like this one, https://leatherbaggallery.com/practical-leather-doctor-bags/ maybe consider shaping her bag to evoke that classic design?

Great eye! I originally wanted to use that in my design but eventually decided to go with more of a first responders bag. Now you say it I wish I had gone with that idea though. Ah well, there’s always so many ways to go!

Front view done. Time to get started on the back now. I have some really clear ideas for the final piece so the sooner I can start on that the better!
