It's a good start. I love the idea and the fact that she appears to be part human still as well. I would say watch your anatomical proportions and really study some machinery to add more believability to your piece before you move into your final.

She believes machines are alive, because herself is part machine , that helps her adapt more easily to any tech

I like the bottom middle (junkyard) only because it seems like your champion is actually fighting there. It makes for a more interesting scene. I would consider making her take up more space in the final though, because she is the focus and you really want to show off what she can do. Watch super hero movies for some good fight pose ideas. Hope this helps.
