Just wanted to chime in with how weird and fun this thing looks.
What did you model the front legs off of? looks like a blurring of human and perhaps large pachyderm.

Try to squeeze the best you can ^^' (and if you have time for that, try to detail a little bit on the things, like how really look his head etc...but that's not necessary, just a plus to fill on the blanks (especially for your rectangular canvas looking)...or else put some frame stuffs or something else ?).

Yeah, I plan to do a head close up, and will also squeeze in some early sketches from my sketchbook.
I started with the front part looking more like a horse and then exaggerated the shape until it turned into a thing of its own. Also, the wrinkly lower legs were inspired by bird legs
