Ok time to update. I cleared my idea, and now everything running smooth. Now its time to do a photoshoot with a model to figure out whole thing.
Here is semi final guess concept of the technical side. 
awesome idea dude! i would go with pose 3 but with some crookedness like pose 2, so it looks like she has some posture but distorted a bit by the creature (kind of like the silent hill nurse), 1 and 2 remind me a bit to much as a mindless zombie in a way (unless that's your goal then 1 and 2 are the way to go)
Yeah. Good eye, on silent hill nurse I had exactly had her in mind, cuz she got sort of the same body language. Final will be little bit different.

So the story behind it is that "something" that people descovered is something otherworldy. The lifeform that contained knoledge and experience that no one can understand. It has no form, it can be anything. So it takes the body and mind of the person whos unfortinietly comes near, posesing it will and contions, and begins his jounrey to hell knows what. Posessed mind is loosing the battle for the body it just had, but it still connected, only small fratures of personality is breaking thru, terefied, feared...

I'm not happy with the final illustration came out. Restrictions really struck me in difficulty. I've been asking my friend for a critic, and it turns out i did kinda strange lighting conditions, if any one know how to think thru that part, hit me up. But still some result, and I'm happy to take part in this chalange, alot of cool things happened in this window of time. And thank you all.
