Here, i am detailing more the concept of my villain.
The way i am aproaching this, is that just as for a villain to be considered as such, they need to be evil in their actions. However, this does not nessesarily mean that a being is born evil/villain.
Thereby, i am aproaching this character as a younger, elf-like creature that has been through a horrible life; which has taken away the inocense and purity associated with a younger being and darkenss has slowly taken a hold of her.
In regards to her powers, i am attracted to the idea of her being able to lead and/or command the ones she kills and use them as she pleaces.
How she got this powers, it is something i am stil debating and it is something i will be referencing to in her design as i flush it out more.

I am leaning more towards the one on the left as she feels more royal with the larger "crown" and both shoulders pads, but what do you think?

Here is a bit more work on this gal.
As you will see, i stuck with the darker hair and the shoulderplates.
Also, i am moving more towards the concept of the character having had been a "pure" child that got corrupted. Slowly i will be implementing some of features refering to this, as for example now, i gave her more expressive pointy and longer ears that have been torn up.

In regards to her powers, i am leaning towards her having them due to certain items she has on her instead of "she just has magic". The goal of this is that the character herself is someone who after being "corrupted" has chosen the path of the villains and now, has the ability to control and summon the fallen ( as seen on the figures coming from her)
Now, question for YOU, which ear version do you preffer? left or right? and what eyebrow style? I am personally leaning towards the no brows, but what do YOU think?

Thinking about her hair as well, really enjoying the long, straight look, butwill probably play with some other "shapes" that kep the same features.

And here is more progress on the gal. Going more for a necormanser beast master as i feel is more unique and not as done.
also pushing the wild concept with her teeth and now trying to decide between the smile or just the showing her teeth style.

And here is the latest look, fixed the smile to be a bit more "natura;" added leashes to the creaters coming from her. Working on other angles , like her back, to better understand her shapes. What do you think of her head piece?
