Idea of character however, I’m liking.
Crime lord/boss of the near future. ( so more advanced tech is available)
With the name headswap, He can swap head and assume the identity of anyone he kills, all he needs is a freshly decapitated head. He gets their memories, letting him assume a perfect disguise when needed.
Turned to a menace and killer after the death of his wife, never finding the killer, he is driven to kill the city that took his life away from him, just as cruelly.
