The idea is he also has Gula Machina, huge machine that harvests many souls, but i will leave that out of competition cause time is tight.

I'm really enjoying your entry a lot, great job on the villainy here!

I was just wondering though, are you purposefully keeping his face a bit obscured by having him be really busy everywhere else? I feel like maybe if you made the pink and red on the hat a little more prominent, it might help sell the top hat more and lead the viewer back to the face?

Just a thought of course, it's a shame to see a top hat not get the attention it deserves!

Thanks for the suggestion. Well, i wanted to make him more mysterious and creepy, so the hat shouldn't be focus on the first look. Actually point is he doesn't have half of the head, actually when he takes of his hat bunch of void eyes appear, those eyes also shoot kind of "lasers", that will be seen in the illustration. Here's the update.
