Thanks, I have just realised that he probably wont be able to move his arms very well with that armour so will alter that a bit. Every time haha.

That could be very cool with the dread ideas !
Also good luck with your armor functionnality.
I have problems too when it comes to simplify stuffs haha

Some colours, I like 2 as is but some of the others with some tweaking could work too.

Same 2 as well ^^
Maybe the last one could be interesting too.

4 looks really cool great design and color explorations overall

@gurzy Cheers! I think they all work quite well, actually looked at colour theory this year haha.
@edenriquebq I do like the yellow, its so dominating and bold.

So hard to make a decision now...

Just a color comment, Skeletor is awesome, and I personally like 5, but the more I look around these forums I think I just like black white and red together.

Tough choice ^^ I'm a little late to the party but 2, 3 and 5 look the most intriguing to me. I like the orange more than the yellow as an accent color (but I just like orange and black, so I'm biased). Skeletor, as others have already said, works well. 5 is cool and has a nice distribution of the red... hmm, ok, I can't pick a favorite, but I'd go with 5 just for the unique factor (it differentiates from Skeletor and I think fits better with your idea that the orange one). I'm looking forward to what you choose

If I'm correct there is also (dark) green on number 5 ^^
And the white here tend to lean towards blue (a small tint).

But I do agree with you, black white and red look very villainy together...and that's why I have hard times finding my colours for my own character (if I put black & white (for instance), my shark will look like a whale instead of a shark xD).
Sorry for the off topic Brodley ^^'

I like this one, because it has a nice asymetric design on his chest. I'd like to see some of this asymetrical feature on your final concept.

Wow... no kidding on those colors, you have made me realize just how bad the color calibration is on the monitor I was initially looking at these with, thanks!

@mr_dessin your right with the dark green and monitor setting, I have a couple screen so i can see what they look like with different setting but its a proper pain to calibrate when I'm constantly jumping between games, films and drawing. haha

@PeterH Black and red just works so well, my old PC build colour scheme haha. I think I favour 2 due to it being close to my current colour build. Might push it towards a copper colour for the high lights. But still with the darker black and grey theme.

@sparksofdawn Think the orange, yellow and red are more villain colours as well. 1 looks nice but its to heroic for this design. I will try painting in mono and then add the colours in again to see what they look like.

@seekula Thanks, i think the symmetry backs to futuristic Utopian theme but i wanted to bring some asymmetry into the design to push the villain theme.

Touched up the lines a bit to reflect design more and base underlay down.
