Been so busy struggling with my own stuff that I missed a ton of updates from your thread, I love all the exploration going on. The comp you tried fleshing out earlier I think was really just missing a sense of impact against the shield and maybe a slightly more dynamic angle and you could have had something pretty interesting going on with that.
Writing the backstory was a smart call I think too, having more context for your character can be helpful when putting them into a situation for an illustration.
I, too, think F (and possibly A if you're confident in the backview) would work better but then again your opinion is the leading factor here. In the crouching shield illustration maybe play with the camera angle a bit, because right now she's too crammed in the corner and the focus is too divided between her and the monster. She looks cool nontheless!Edit: I missed you having ideas for a new illustration, sooo... yeah - looking forward to that ^^

And yes totally agreed, the angle and impact was pretty bad on previous iterations...

You must've seen this flick "UPGRADE" ; well there are so many movies like that … but it stood out big time! and it was made on a low budget. Yet .. it was highly praised. One review after the next .. critics loved it!

@rgdraw It is more or less intended that I gave her a manly look...but like I said these are roughs. I'll try to feminize her a little more...but not too much (I'm even on the point to transform her face a litte more in demon...not sure).@nevs38 I prefer B face but probably will mix with C and/or D...or doing others haha
