Thank you very very much @niezniezgov for your advice! This is extremely important point! I have idea to create yellow light and cold shadows in the center composition and cold glare around the edges to combine the composition. I never created so many objects on one picture and this is a big challenge in light.
I really like how your warm orange from lapms contrasting with this highly saturated violet. I keep my fingers crossed its looking more and more awsome 
PS I have read that at night colors behave a bit different and their ton change. I reamember about red turning more black but not sure about rest.

I adore your concept and design BUT colorwise it´s not working for me. I´ve been playing around - I hope you don´t mind - and I think you should go with something like this. It improves it so much!
My steps: I changed the whole color hue, then I blacked out everything around here, after that I color selected the violets and changed to them to this light neon blue. Cheers!
