exploring the idea of an evil innocent looking robot inspired by rabbits anatomy and manufactured dolls . i used mostly round shapes to give her a cute and innocent vibe and than i gave her large empty eye sockets that remind of skulls and the general idea of death and fear . the thin hair is supposed to give her a childlike look .
red rabbit eyes always made me feel uncomfortable

Cool maybe make her ears droop slightly like they where mutated and perhaps a play around with 1 big hand 1 big foot, mm the small tail might be tricky.

Just ideas i came up with in an attempt to help, do what is best for your design and vision.

oh thank you! do you think that the design is too simple? I want to push her more towards a robot , maybe it seems too doll like right now . Can you tell that she has rust all over her?I wanted to give her a doll like look but i m afraid it might be too much .

thank you! i will make her look more rusty in the final illustration anyway, i don t want to spend my whole life on rendering the design which is supposed to be a sketch anyway . I just hope that it reads as rust the highlight color might be too desaturated . I used references but they might have been wrong or edited

What might work is an exposed thumb metal? atm the thumb looks broken off maybe?
It seems very small, maybe painted metal for the socks with the same outlines you have but simple.

Hope it helps idk really how to make things look amazing i am learning as everyone else, always so :frowning: do what you think is best for your design. :wink:

I really like the idea, maybe you could vary the texture, like it had some pieces switched out and replaced.

Thank you! i ve spent too much time doing this i should move on to the final composition. I ll make her look more metallic there . I also i have more little story ideas that i want to draw . I have to learn how to manage my time better now that i m finally in vacation .I ve also got schoolism classes and it made painting harder now that i know how 0 fundamentals i actually have . Lighting is so much harder than i thought :)) i really hope that i ll finish this project in time

i did not even know that the primary colors of light are different from the pigment ones . even if i knew about "rgb" . I feel so dumb now :)))

update: i just got hit in the face by reality and i now i think that i should spend my next 3 weeks of vacation doing my schoolism homework because i don t know anything and i can t do a good illustration anyway. I should learn as much as i can this year in the 11 th grade as next year i will have my exams and i would not be able to draw because romanian literature is absolute shit and it will eat and waste another year of my life. So i ll drop the contest and all of my other big illustrations and start learning some fundamentals .This was fun anyway. In 2 years i ll participate at artwar 5 and kick everyone s asses :smile: . I just can t afford to fail in life
