It took longer than normal to update, UVing took a while longer.
The UVs are not finals because they are still a mess but the base body is coming together before I start hand painting the character.

This is my first time creating shirt folds, it was honestly pretty fun and a found it a good learning experience, though its not AAA great its good. Nothing beats looking at your own shirt.

Yes his left arm is meant to be short.

Witness the wonder that is NORMALS!!!, Im still learning and honestly these came out better than I thought. I added a base paint layer as well as using a dirt brush to brush in the green grime and brown dirt in there and I got this awesome result for the outer coat. 3D is so awesome!!!

Today I decided to leap to another software, 3Dcoat from Substance painter to handle the texturing. Things are good.

Increased the hand painted details on Dr.Pestilen's backpack.

This hand painting is a real learning experience, its tough trying to match my RL reference and other work by other people but im getting closer everyday.

I like the last one here at the bottom, its no good yet but l like my brightening effect. I think I'll do more detailing or reworking on these arms tomorrow.

Today, I think I'll call the texturing on the backpack done at this point. With any future changes made if needed. I will now need to move onto texturing the actual figure of Dr.Pestilen and the mask.

Sorry for the slow update, been busy working out the kinks to Normals and hand painting textures is slow going with so many parts to this guy.
Im figuring out a good workflow and way to not work with so much clutter. Im sure professional Artist are really good at keeping things neat and planned. xD

I just finished posing him today, and these are just test lights, they arn't good but I just wanted to see the character in render. I think I made a figurine!

This update took ages!!!, managed to complete most of the assets and a small scene including ground and clock. Im still playing with the lighting effects and the small errors and textures updates are still in the process of completing. Thank you all for viewing and stay tuned for the final piece very soon.

Finished !, this character took just about 1 month of constant work, from designing to texturing, rigging and posing before uploading it to sketchfab for viewing.
