Hi there! First time I participate to the Art War and I'm very excited.

I'm recently graduated and now working for an internship in a video game studio.
My goal is to be creature / character artist and I thought this contest would be a great opportunity to bring my skills to a new level.

Nephtys, Lord of the Tombs, leader of the order of Ek'Rils, the God of a thousand faces and the greatest necromancer of her time.
After freeing herself from the Tomb of the Deep, she unleashed the great war, the war of life against death. Thanks to her power, the legion of the dead will rise and all life will disappear in her wake.

Here is the concept, I'm still working on the body to maybe choose a more accurate dressing.

Wow! I really like all the details you put on the helmet(?) !!

Pretty nice! One thing that I noticed is how her helmet has all those intricate shapes and details while the rest of her costume doesn't really have any of it. I think it could help make the overall design more cohesive if certain elements from the helmet were repeated somewhere else. But other than that I really like where you're going

Hi everyone, the colorboard is here !
At the moment my favorite is the third one, of course do not hesitate if you got advises

I tried the bad guy looking good thing or vice versa, but it just doesn't seem to work well, or i just can't do it myself.

The 1st one has colors i haven't seen in the contest yet, 2nd makes her look good, 3rd is what most are sort of doing as far as colors go.

What style are you going for, realism? cause the head dress tells me that this might be the direct you are going, for myself it seems like a lot, if you are doing more simple, i'd make it more simple with 3-4 at most bone segments.
