Here I start my villain for the contest, in this case I go for a fantasy character, the Witch of the Deep. I'll develop more on her story along the process. I started with a very rough block in. At this stage I want to get the proportions and concept right, to start developing the hipoly from a strong base.

wow, this IS the one I found most atractive among other submissions. Love the shape of her skull, but hips looks a bit bulky as4me.
