Good stuff dude. I like your concept. Get that weapon in there yo! No character is complete without, dont be like me and wait til the very last second to make one. lol
SO because you're clearly talented I'm going to critique you extra hard. Nothing about your character says Hell or Executioner right now. I see only dragon chick right now. Don't get me wrong the dragon is cool. You just have two pretty key words describing your character missing right now. You don't have any visual implementation of those things yet. It will make your character even better!
