Here is something I started concepting up. The basic idea is he's a totally over-the-top, grissled commando, with a sort of robotic exoskeleton and loads of weaponz... let me know what you guys thinkkkk

Not enough weapons All i want to see are weapons meshed into a human being. j/k do what you want this is looking alright suprisingly.

@dmitriy_sci_fi @zyp Thanks chaps. Yeah, he's pretty well geared up. I finished the concept and started the 3D blockout, should be able to post an update tonight.

Okay here is my (I think) final concept. I had started 3D blockout, but forgot to take a screengrab before shutting down last night. Ooops, so I'll post that up soon. Hoping the little robotic arms, weapons, and tech-y looking eyepatch... make him sci-fi enough? I added a riot shield on his back... Think that could look cool.

Think the smaller gun could do with some more thought. But it will probably easier to do that in 3D.

Thoughts?

Cool will enjoy viewing the block out, is that a shield i see at his back.

I really like the way the heavy gun is looking, if you can add how that looks to his Mechanical bits i think that will go a long way.

So I fought with this till 2am last night and then I gave up. And drew some notes over the top. I find I really struggle getting over the personality of my 2D artworks. Maybe I just need more practice... I'll keep at it.

@zyp Yep, riot shield on his back. I thought he couldn't be all offence, no defence.

Last update was a bit shit. Tiredness for ya. But I'm getting closer to the likeness now. Threw on some polypaint to help me see it. Need to get onto the techy bits soon. Which is exciting.

Sooo... Christmas and new year were a wipe-out. But I'm getting back on this again now. Trying to just made a start on everything so I can see it in context before doing anything highly detailed.
