Love the Zoids. One of my favorite childhood anime's. I would say go Fantasy because you have a lot more sci-fi/hardsurface stuff on your artstation but it looks like your more comfortable doing hardsurface/sci-fi works.
I feel like you'll be challenging yourself more with fantasy.
