@zyp Glad you like the armor updates. I've slowly been detailing . The eyes i have are still pretty flat material wise i was going to try adding an emissive and detail in Photoshop guess ill have to balance the creepiness . I'll see what i can do based off your face suggestions. I've been kinda keeping the face neutral or severe looking so far since the topic is war but i do like the look in your gif .
Changed the mask to a lower face one that rests on the neck connection when not in use. Adding more small details and colors.
Looking good so far. Not going to lie. My first thought was imagining how in gods name someone would pull that curved sword out of the sheath at that angle. If it was flipped upside down it would come out perfectly. Just a thought. Keep it up!
Thanks for the feedback. I was thinking of alternative style weapons for her main with the semi hooked blade like khopesh or shotel blades. Wasn't sure the best way to put the sheath. But i think you're right that it might be awkward unless the sheath doesn't have a top to it . I'll try flipping it.
Did some test baking with the base unarmored on the lowpoly and color into Marmoset 3. Most stuff baked correctly onto one diffuse, ao, and normal, having some issues with the brow hair piece and some strands I should be able to append it though. The feathers are still going to change quite a bit and i'll be going in and out of photoshop to detail the base body. Possibly emissive maps I have to say marmoset 3 is great Other than that using some reference figurines to figure out the posing.

Thank you @grigouips glad you like it. I think i need to up the uv resolution for the eyes a bit because i'm losing some of the detail.

Made a variety of different feather cards to replace the base geometry on the body so i can use transparency maps easier.
Great character! my only crit, and it might be kind of late in your process, but to me it seems like her breasts are super perky, they feel like they are kind of floaty, and lacking weight, but either way great job
@JoseFuentes I could try to adjust the lowrez a bit. Are you talking about her unarmored model or do you think it still looks that way with the full armor? Or ill try adding a slight overflow look against the bra, soften it out ect so she doesn't seem so lean muscled Thanks for the feedback

@Ryutephra even with the armor on, it seems like the breasts stick out a lot, like they go straight forward too much, I feel like they should prob sag a bit more, if you do that in the nude, then it will affect how to the armor is put on
