I did some quick sketches for clothing ideas. From left to right, I started with slightly more "traditional" medieval clothing and then added more fantasy elements as I went. They're still pretty tame though. I also tried three different levels of disfiguring. I settled on burned flesh since that fits the brief better. (A bit hard to see in the sketch, I know.) Overall, something still seems missing. Any suggestions?
