I'll enter this contest with some thumbnails to get some ideas goin'. Definately going for a fantasy char.

Got inspired by this sculpt of Rodrigo Goncalves, who made an awesome 3D model out of Anthony Jones' 2D concept. Really digging the exaggerated proportions.

Went with the prison look. Got an idea of a brain-stupid gangster duo in my head.

So, the name of my character(s) is Jay & Jay.
The small head is the 'brain' of the gangster duo. He has control over the big arm. The big, stupid smiling head is the dumb one, having control over the body (legs), aswell as the huge single finger. He barely sees, and always points with his finger at senseless place to run to. Everytime he does those stupid things, he gets smacked in the face by the Brain's huge hand.

Staged and composited. I wanted to tell a story, with the stupid big head pointing towards something senseless and about to run there. The brain / small head, is about to grab a stone and smack it upon the big head
Rendered, will try to finalize this with marmoset.
