Progress has slowed a little bit due to some unforeseen circumstances, hopefully I should catch up to where I want to be at this point.
Current update is getting some of those wrinkles and leather designs in there and see how they are feeling. Plus I modified all of the geometry of the pieces so it will be extremely simple to work with once I get to the low poly phase, the less I have to manually retopo, the better.
The hair block out geometry has been replaced with tube chunks that will be translated into the final lowpoly version far more easily, I have also reduced the volume, I think it balances out with the headpiece a little better.
I'm not too sure how I feel about all of the hanging cloth pieces having the same design, I might simplify the ones coming off her lower back a little bit.

Wow! Ornaments on cloth ends adds a ton of personality to her. And reaaly like color transition of them too.

@crazymoon Thanks! That's the idea, I can't wait to get to the texturing phase to add even more glitter and glamour

I've been given some great critiques from other places on how to modify it further, here is a short list:

Modify the shorts a little bit, they become a larger color block from a distance
Add some asymmetry to the hanging cloth designs, particularly the ones coming from her back, give them slightly different designs.
Thinking about filling the holes I created with a semi-tranparent cloth, create kind of a butterfly wing effect
Adjust some of the metal shapes on the shoulders

@aveon Thanks! I hope I can get this finished in time.

So I pretty much have to call the sculpt done, I couldn't quite implement all the changes due to time, but I am overall happy with the design.

Quite happy with the hair:

Also here is the final full-body, a lot of the changes are minor in comparison to the previous render.

I also worked on a stage a little bit, I don't know if I'm going to have time to achieve the ideas I have for it or if I'll have the time to use it at all. We shall see!

Currently working on retopo, my hope is to have the final presentation in marmoset viewer.

Low poly is finished, although it's not exactly low running at about 260K triangles. However since there is no limit, I'm not sweating it too much.

I also did a quick marmoset test for the hair!

UVs and bakes are next should have them done by the end of the week, I'm hoping to take the textures into substance. After that Rigging, skinning, posing and various neat effects to amp up the presentation more. Final stretch!

Just a small update I have finished the retopo and bakes over the weekend. Marmoset Is completely awesome for baking! I'm currently running though textures on Substance Painter and will post an image once I have a more substantial update. This is due to time, gotta run the gauntlet and finish up!

Texture progress so far! I've been looking at this for a lot of hours over the past few days and if anybody has any feedback I would love to hear it! In the mean time I'm going to work on the pose, effects and general geometry fixes. I also have to figure out how to get things to look a little more iridescent like.

ah! she's got some goup on her face! But really the purple stuff leaking from her eyes and mouth is kinda freaky, maybe lower the normal map intensity for it? Nice color scheme by the way!
