Hi guys !!

A bit late for the contest but i will try to create a nice fantasy character as well ^^

Strong and confident, my spearman is the best ally you can rely on for every battles. He is inspired by the medieval chinese style from Suikoden games and Joe Madureira art (Darksiders, BattleChasers).

For the outfit, i was thinking about giving him a basic armor set. Something lightweight but with a great protection potential. I also like the spear + shield combination :

Still got some work to do but almost all the shape are done. Need to refine fingers and face too. Hope you guys like it so far.

Shapes are better now. Ain't got much time to work on it this week infortunately. I think next step is blocking weapons and armor pieces.

Blocking for future clothes and armor. I have to refine my references selection to find the right style for this set. First time trying panel loops in zbrush. Pretty fun and easy to use ^^

Couldnt work on it this week end. I quickly tried to block some hairs and eyebrows tonight.

Changed belt a bit and add some details for arm straps.
