let's do an orc magus, called ORGOTH.
did some sketching, sculpting, bashing. have no fixed concept just a rough direction. if i wait longer with posting there'll be no progress to follow...

this was my initial idea:

than i did this overpaint:

i'm not sure with the stuff .. maybe a dagger .. or a bone?

and this one:

this is the current stage, again with an overpaint how the belt may look like

the black part of the skirt is not that important at the moment will look the same like the brown part. is the proof of concept for the skirt, for now...

Nice! Really like those twisted proportions and the fact that he is tall, adds to the believability of the alongated forms. There is still something missing in his arms and belly (?) though, but I´m sure you are already figuring it out

@rui_pereira i'm meshing him up from top to bottom or so the more important parts first, although i'm trying to resits the temptation to sculpt/preview-render his body.
let's do all the other stuff first.

update on the belt. next i'll do the skirt. ditched the other shoulder-armor.

Looks great, this is just me but the head being at his crotch is a bit bothersome i would love it away from the family jewels but it's your design.
Everything else is really nice.

all the little stuff i'll add later on.
will create a bash kit with skulls and bones and jewelry. etc ... looking forward to this.

have to tweak the boot bit more, they need more love.

have to get an overall feel for this guy, so i mirrored the boots and writs armors.

next i'll watch some tutorials and how to approach the metal-armor parts best. make some studies.

Finally i had some time to go on with him.

Built a bash-kit. I have to add some bone and skull variations to it.

I decided to go with creasing, not to have to add additional loops and nice uniform quads.. let's see if it works like i want.
I'm a lot of faster this way, than with adding and refining the additional loops...

Hope it does work out, though I am not good at creasing I just do it the hard way, when I get to play (choose to go) with hard surfaces.

If nothing else you can sell the kit bash ha not a bad idea.

@zyp it should work, i just have to decide, if i smooth it, export it and then reconstruct the subdivs or export the meshes with creased edges.
