I'm a little unsure of how far to push the original Kali design, it's kind of crazy but I might put some swords in her hands, I did want it to be emissive arms originally with transparency.

Or I could put cloth in her hands like a chinese silk dancer
What do you guys think?

If you change the concept 15 - 25% then it's absolutely fine. who doesn't use concept art to get ideas from ? thanks alien_hand updates soon.

nice clean topology there dude, feel so naughty looking at those lines just exposed for everyone to see seriously nice sculpt on the demon perfect combo of cute and a little creepy.
I think you will be fine in regards to using that concept you changed it sufficiently enough to be its own design.
