Did a quick sketch in zbrush.

Little anatomy update

Added some armor and weapons. Palms a little bit oversized. I thought it would be cool to make them bigger, but now I do not think it is a good idea. Will fix it in the next update.

Thank you. I want to make him running on the fingertips and heavily using leg claws in the combat) I am planning to increase fingers and claws a little bit - more like a cat-style. But I will think about boots too. Actuall I did a lot of boots before and want to experiment a little bit)

Simplified chest and leg area. Created more detailed tentacles. I will make lower tentacles smaller in the next update. I like overall shape so far and soon will complete zbrush sketch.

Killer work ! Impressive sculpt. I really like the organic feel it gives to the armor. Especially feet and biceps/triceps !

@jeebs - Thank you. I started retopo stage in modo. I will create clean topology in modo - after that polishing in zbrush - then final low poly and mapping in modo + bake with substance designer and texturing in substance painter. Rendering will be done in modo.

@independhans - Thank you. Yes I will make tentacles thinner. Also I will add some cloth parts covering base of the tentacles.

I 've started retopology process. Nothing sexy) Just boring moving and aligning points.
