Interesting concept. He looks like a possessed suit of armour. You've got a great eye for values.

Not sure about the illustration composition you chose though. From the four thumbnails sketches you made, the bottom 2 compositions were more striking to me. The one you picked doesn't have the same oomph, mainly because of the character's uninteresting pose.

It's rendered very nicely though! I'd hate to say "redo" your hard work, so take what I say with a grain of salt. Others might disagree with me.

@tj-works , @Stigerea thanks! I'll think about the composition again) Maybe I'll try to change the pose in the current picture or combine with one of the bottom composition.

Hello! The concept looks cool!
My fav one is the top right and if you change something of his foes may make it looks powerful instead of surrounded by enemies. if he chops the front guy in half or whatever horrible way of death, and makes the back one looks scared and stop his attacking movement.. I don't know lol, some random thought

I decided to leave this composition, but slightly changed the foreground. And decided to draw trolls instead of stone elementals.

Looks clean and fun, can see this in some sort of short animated skit to what happens next in the scene with the spooky guy in the background.
