So... After reading the brief I decided to pick Fire as the element for my character.

Below are some references (1 & 2) on color tone, lore and design I imagined for my character which is going to be somekind of female warrior that can control and cast a blade of fire.

(A) is an anthropomorphic character I drew earlier this year. It's somekind of a pyromancer. I am showing this character mainly because this is the style I am aiming for for my final illustration (My art war 4 challenge character is fully Human). I've been working this style off and it is highly inspired by Ken Sugimori's watercolors (3).
