i realy have no idea unfortunately visually id would be interesting with snow but idk didn't find an idea that clicked with me yet, and its bothering me there is so little time left

Given your concept the 9th could greatly work, but with a twist to it... You could make her block an atack and preparing a counter at the same time.
In that way it'll show the (harden tranformation)
Anyway she's a straitforward type of champion, you have many ways to show her power. ^^
I'm short on time to though, keep it up!

Omg thank you for that really fast reply I really want to play with those eel looking things like wet and reflective. And also feel the most comfortable with I think I came to a decision

Yeah I agree, and it could be still just as dynamic (with a different feel) to the large humanoid creature, but that would be really hard to play off in terms of getting the perspective right! I wouldn't say no though if you decided to render it out one day as an extra thing, outside of the competition xD

So this is my final illustration in progress, I wanted to have her head turn sideways a little not anatomically possible to make her slightly creepy and not so much Human. Also the eyes are gonna need some work
