(Offensive) Element lighting: He is a mutant and modified creauter which was a human/ animal or maybe Alien (I still need to do some desgins to find out what he/she/it was).

I am trying to do a creature since I didn't do any creatures before. I may look Forward to do a female water type character if it doesn't go smooth.
