Some researches I made! At this time, I try to find an interesting concept, but I'm lost! x)
I try to find a good shape!

Here, I start add some details.
I think I will do a sort of Ocean Mage with his Ocean pet, but I don't know if it's interesting. x)

I like the gestures. I think the concepts cool but it needs more variation in the costume or clothes. Considering this is a character design contest, I don't think one piece of loin cloth will make a character interesting or unique enough. Maybe put some jewelry or a belt with some design to give him more of a backstory.

Yes sure! I will work on the clothes/costume, add an armor and a weapon (because it's war ofc) you're right! At this point it was just a little research to get into the challenge, to find ideas.

I like the fact that your outlines are, how do I describe it, smooth! and loosely! I love anyone with a good line skill! the initial looks very cool, with a owner/pet idea.
I suggest use the water element symbol as some sort of a texture or designs, u dont have to just put it on their forehead

And yes, I think I will include the water element symbol on their clothes/armor, weapons, because on their heads it's very strange. x)
