Rai Magnetia - from the Japanese word "rai" meaning thunder, and "magnetia" which is an inflection of the latin word "magnes" meaning magnet; is a female individual who can generate vast amounts of electricity with very low voltage.

She was born from the ancient city of Lydia which is one of the primary source of stones that attract and repel each other which later on called “magnes” by scholars. Growing to a poor family, Rai didn’t have a normal life but instead became junk trader as a part time job while studying to support her parents as well as her own needs.

While looking for junks to sell in a nearby outskirts damaged by the recent war, a damaged mini railgun caught Rai’s eyes and proceeded to take it home for proper inspection.
Disassembling the gun to sell it’s various parts, she noticed some parts of the junk are very powerful magnets. These magnets somehow awaken Rai’s electric powers and somehow powered the gun one last time until it crumbled the magnets to dust.

Until then, Rai discovered her powers and utilised it on electronic experiments up to the point she graduated engineering with very high remarks. She later on joined the special powers division of the military to gain access to bleeding edge technology and utilize it for good.

Due to inability to shoot electricity directly (such as lightning strikes, force lightning and the likes) , she can't use the electricity by herself as a weapon without direct contact. However, she acts as a good source of energy to power up and amplify high tech tools and weaponry.

Rai can also emit electro magnetic force by using a suit made up of coils of special material. Theoretically, she can imitate how a rail gun functions using her specialised suit.

No one knows how Rai is able to generate electricity, survive without having biological damage to her body but few scientists speculated that Rai’s Qi energy consists of electrons instead of the usual life force every individual has.

I made 6 concept figures which originally should be silhouettes but I'm too excited to leave it that way; I end up adding rudimentary values.

The following are weaponry, tools and suit which I think Rai can utilize to its full potential:

X. I honestly don't have idea what this could be, i'm just sketching random shapes then add her as something piloting/controller of the sphere. Also planning to add more details for this or maybe make it a mini ship/vessel.

Y Mech suit which uses neo tesla coils as weapons.

Z. Something like a floating pod or platform Rai will use to power up her abilities , includes advanced tesla cannons.

A. Exo-skeleton which is easily powered up by Rai's electricity. Enhances her overall strength and movement. Enables her to use Ultra Tesla Buster Rifle.

B. Post apocalyptic looking vehicle mainly consist of neo transistors and neo tesla coils. Rai can easily maneuver the vehicle by her electricity output to the point it can generate a magnetic field capable of travelling to any kind of terrain at extreme speeds. She also wields neo tesla rifle for added firepower besides the tesla coils which are used as weapon and booster,

C. Designed like a child's toy, rideable battery looking power source and amplifier with motorized propellers as flying machine wielding mega tesla cannon is Rai's death machine.
Capable of long range electric attacks slightly stronger than the most powerful lightning, it can also be used to further speed up the flying machine to extreme speeds. Aerodynamics will be updated.

Note: This is just a concept and not finalized. Ill even add another concept which i think suits Rai’s abilities more.
