Really needed more work for my portfolio and saw this as the perfect opportunity to improve my concepting skill. For this first one I decided to stay in my comfort zone.

So these are my first concepts. I was very inspired by some figure skating videos but because ice skating is something you can't do anywhere, I decided to go for rollerblades.
It's also a character I've been wanting to work on for a while now and I thought this would be the way to do it.

After some iterations and feedback I wanted to improve them slightly, so I came up with these. If you want to mix and match them please do so, I'd love to know!
The shoes are different on some of them but I think in the end I wanna make them all the same as te big shoe on D1 (:

My problem right now is that I could go on like this forever, but I don't see the point in that for now. I'm kinda stuck in a loop haha.

But anyway, I would love to get some feedback on them :>

Yep, I feel like the big shoe are the most interesting one. I'd say your need to choose an element. I'd say the lightning is the more obvious choice, like the B1 which is really cool for me. But water could definitely be more original, and you could play with the fluidity of water, the E1 is cool as well !

Thank you for the feedback! I understand water would be more original, I tried to work with that but I don't feel like the designs fit the element yet, so I might have to focus on that then

So cool!! I love A, D and G the most! Especially the skates make it super interesting. I'm excited to see where this is going

Think ( i ) could be anything, change sword to a rocky type and it can be environment.
I like k best.

2nd E1, D1 - i am not biased cause i picked lightning also, you just happen to make them all nicer to me somehow.

They are both so cool!! I personally love the bottom one the most. It's dynamic and engaging. Her face is awesome!

1 looks great just don't get to see her face - a charging type of pose might work well, i think (never played l.o.l.) but i think they made a chick with a robot fist in a nice pose maybe look up some l.o.l .promotional materials. to get an idea of what to do with her they have some dynamic angles that may interest you.

Nice work though so far.

Got a new update to the thumbnails!
As feedback I got that I should adjust the parallels, but other than that nothing too game changing about them. I will try to improve them more later but for now I'd like to know your opinions and which one you like best so far! :>

I really like the pose and energy in the 2nd composition. However, I feel the inability to see her whole body holds it back. If it's a rollerblading demon, I wouldn't know 'cos her feet are obscured. If you want to go the No. 2 route, maybe rework it by zooming the camera back a little so we can see her rollerblade. You could also include an enemy being blown back by her power kick to really sell her concept. Nice work though!

I agree that her feet are an important part of her design. Also, if she has rollerblades it seems a waste to not show her skating along. A static, standing pose like the last two seems like a missed opportunity.

Thanks! I agree with that, but I was actually thinking of scrapping the rollerblades because i felt like it didn't really fit her or the scene. I was so stuck in the design that I started making some thumbnails that I had in mind and work from there.
But the suggestion of her being blown back by her power sounds really cool actually, I might be able to apply that in 3?
