Looking good. Composition wise, the guy at the backs sword is perfectly level with the brickwork behind him, so maybe tip it a little for more dynamism. Or maybe just a big, overhead strike to fill some space above?

Damn that face design is rad, not seen something like that before. Loving how it's looking. If you wanted to push the fear factor making him bigger than the other dudes would really bring out some intimidation.
