Today's advances: I have drawn the earth girl's necklace, I have drawn the blood on my hand and the knife and some more details.

I have little left, the composition is complete, in a couple of days it will be finished.

An important question for me: Does anyone know if I can have problems with the rules by showing the blood and nudity in my drawing?

I'm doubting whether to take the blood

The rules say:
Keep gore and nudity to a SFW (safe for work) level. . If you think you'd get in trouble if your boss looked over your shoulder and saw it, then it's probably too much.

Hey really nice progress ! Really cool

For your questions, it's only my personal opinion, but for the blood you shouldn't have any problems, I haven't even noticed it at the first read. For the nudity this could be eventually be a discussion but I don't think you would be in trouble.

@Oceane_Roh Thank you for your comments and thanks for answering, I thought the same as you. Anyway, since there is still a lot of time (16 days) and I don't want to create a discussion, I think I'll dress the girl more.

I have some sketches of armor although these did not convince me. This weekend I will work with that.

Good job on all the details! I prefer the idea of her having armour with the virus as it's a bit more consistent and honestly just looks better, also ties the two characters a bit more into the story with similar armour types. The one big thing that's been bothering me a while (and I know I should've pointed it out earlier) is mostly the faces, they're a little uncanny and expressionless - a little like dolls or dummies. But aside from that, masterful ability in lighting and shading and the subtle foreshortening on the characters is lovely too. You've worked hard, congrats for finishing!

@nesokaiyoh Thank you for your comments, I respect your opinion

I modified the expression of the lightning girl a little. Although not much, my drawing style does not exaggerate face expressions.

Thank you very much to all who have followed me in the drawing process during these last weeks. I also thank the organizers who let me participate.

I wish all the participants in the contest good luck. It is the first time I participate in Artwar. I have worked hard these last weeks although I have also had fun and this helps me to improve, I hope to do better next year.

I will upload to my instagram in a few days the speed paint of this drawing in case anyone is interested.

Good luck to everyone!

It's subtle, but expression makes a big difference, and especially so when you have two characters locked in such close proximity battle - it matters what they feel and the affect it has on the audience, so I'm glad you did add to it more. Your rendering is always amazing though!
