Cool start ! I love your choice of a cyberpunk/sci-fi theme for the lightning elements.

I love your bottoms sketches, for me the most interesting is the middle one. It has the same strengths as the bottom right one but it's a little less heavy and a bit clearer and subtler.

Full body concept and the pose I'll probably go with - I think the character will have Doc Ock style arms that also allow her to use her lightning powers.
