Concept: "The Frozen Spring". I think of her as a chthonic creature, personified force of nature. She is the spirit of water: a brook, a river, a current in an ocean or sea. But she freezes into ice when she is in fear or disbelief. Running water is her tread, Ice is her grasp. Definitely a defender.
