I think I'm almost done whith the sculpt... I used a lot of surface noise to destroy the equipment, I also refined the arms and legs to give the aspect of a kind of mummified corpse... I miss few things here and there but I will soon start to texture this with polypaint and spotlight.

Very interesting and different type of take on this character, an infected/sea ridden zombified ww2 pilot.
Never seen that before so as far i know this is damn original, you could do some neat stuff with sea debris looking forward to more, tbh without reading all the information this ends up appearing very odd so you got that going for it. Nice work, texturing is looking good.

I took few days off and didn't work on this project. I needed to sleep on it a bit...
I made few fluid simulation on blender to get a Basemesh that I could use to add some environment around the character. It will add some enegy and drama to the pictures. I'm not use to blender so it was kind of a trial and error process but I learned a lot. I will use this as a basemesh and sculpt more detail on it.
Here is some screenshot of the viewport. Working with Evee was great...

So this is it, meet my Soldier of deep.
This abyssal creature use a long dead aviator as a host to emerge from ocean and take part in the Artwar.

I learned a lot with this one and I'm glad that I finished on time. I've seen beautiful characters around here and it was quite motivating.
Personnally I know I need to improve in many aspects so, hope to meet you all again next year and good luck to every participant.
