For the clothing design
I bulked out the upper area you marked to make a more shielding type guard for her upper chest and lower chin/throat
Body needs work but here it is i found a similar female body i think you are going for just make those changes and you should be golden to making this look amazin, it still early you can do it.
The lines are what you follow the land on key placements on the body form, the inner line lines up with the eye and the inner knee for example. Follow the lines on this and you female will look much better.
Hope you take these into consideration and good luck I've done all i can atm.
You can save the gif and open it in photoshop and it will give you the lines, by its self so you can save it alone and follow them, options/time-line.
