Here are some of the first sketches for my entry. This is La Argentina, a fairy representation of argentina after and before the arrival of Spain. The main inspirations were the flag for her outfit and wings, the phrygian hat of the national shield and also silver as an element (Argentum). She is a patagonian fairy that rocks some Pampean textures and the sourse of her power is her staff shaped as the coasts of the country, the national Flower and her companion bird , the national treasure Hornero)
