Fun design, love the spiral lance and all the other subtle italian visuals!
Something of a nitpick (sorry, if you know :D), but you should mirror the back view, cuz it's inverted right now.

I think i'm going to pick the number 2... 
Very cool design! As for the colours, number 3 does it for me.
I like 1, I think the blue tint to the metal looks nice. Could try it with a bolder yellow or orange elements we how they work, think the colours are a bit universally dark.
Great design as well.
