I think you can push the designs further. At the moment they aren't making interesting silhouettes. Maybe play with the proportions more? Widen the shoulders for a more triangular, top heavy stance?
I like the version in your second set of sketches you put up right at the start, bottom right, black domed head, interesting shoulder plates.

Yea well its not my design its a little warmup study from the wolfenstein game but yea il make the proportion s more readable

I would suggest not thinking of the mech as a prop but part of the character. An extension of the characters personality or a contrast could bring a lot of interest to the character as a whole. Iron man isn't just a suit.

Of your last sketches I like elements of 2 and 3. The big shoulder pads and decorative design draws the attention and 2 is the only one that had some noticeable head replacement. I know the design doesn't really show a head and that's the point but heads and faces are a prominent feature humans look for. You could replace it or shape it in a way to add interest and unique feel even use the missing element as part of the design. As @moirae said above silhouette and exploring with proportion will help with this.

So this is what i have so far the idea with those small hook like things are that she can click herself in and out of the mech when she needs to.

Hmmm, my vote would go to B, but maybe try to give it forearm guards?
I agree with the previous comments about the mech being an important part of the character (basically needs to be a stand-alone character in on itself).
The entry is shaping up really cool, keep on goin'!

Oh, you meant if you should make a second concept sheet for the mech? No, as per the rules, we have only a single concept sheet to fit everything we deem necessary, aside from the mandatory views.

made some progress (got started on the final illustration as time is running out hopefully have time to render it all.
