Started sculpting today. Luckily I had a minotaur base mesh already, so I used it as a base to quickly rough it out. It looks very derpy right now, while I figure out how stylized vs. real the model should look.

The concept drawings look amazing. If you manage to translate the appeal in 3D, it should be a great model!

Hey hoo! Long time since. I was busy finishing another 3D project. Not sure I will make this one in time for the deadline, but ima try.
Made a few changes. 1) switched from T-pose to A-pose. And 2) I decided to stray away from my inital concept. My concept looks good in 2D, however, there are a bunch of things which doesn't translate well into 3D. And 3) I'm following my stylized referenses more.

Retopod and setup with high version and low version. Just need to add mouth area and tail, then Im onto UV and ready for texturing!


Mock up hair done, as well as eyelashes and eyebrows. UV settled. Tomorrow I'll begin texturing!

Im quite happy with how the face turned out. Still, I wish to hear from you: any tips on how to improve general appeal?
