Hey everyone! its been a while, i just started reworking my concept. I wasnt happy with the shapes so i restarted working on it a bit, heres the WIP!
got a lot to do so, gonna work on it some more

I really like the design! Just one thing that I feel like worth trying if you are okay to modify at this stage. The horns on the head could use some more volume. The character looks really bulky and powerful, but the horns look a little bit thin for the rest of body. I might be wrong but it would be worth a shot!

Edit : I realized that it would be a too much of a change if you are going to change your design to my opinion. Like I said, I liked your design as it was. I would like to apologize for me interfering.. I think I could sound like I was giving you a critique or something which I didn't really mean to.
Personally, I like the thicker one better, but in my just little opinion, I would like even more volume. I am thinking something like this,
But I have to say it really is my personal taste, and I like your design as it was too. So if you are unsure about the design, then I think it is always better to go with your decision. I just like seeing other's progress and learning a lot, thanks for listening!
