Love the colour contrast in the illustration, the yellow really resonates with the monotone greys/blues.

The character design looks good so far, but it looks like it still needs developing. Maybe work on a weapon design that can help his silhouette stand out more when he wields it? The lightning bolt-looking scar on his chest looks awesome.
