Great first sketches, and you colour sombo with the fire gun are very nice! Also like the nature/sjaman look she got in the bottom drafts.

I really like where your design is going! Your colour scheme for the character on the right seems most appropiate, but perhaps change the blue details on her boots to the same red as her scarf to obtain a more cohesive colour palette?
