Most likely lean towards Team DARK.
Don't know if I even have time and energy to do this competition but I'll try.

As for the champion, I took inspiration from the story of Pan Piper, a simple story nothing fancy.

I'm thinking about turning the piper into some kind of insect like creature or some kind of bipedal walking thing, and its body generate some kind of tune or scent to attract living animals to do its bidding. Also, I'm thinking the piper creature is levitating like how people meditate on a yoga mat like buddha. Anyway, this is all I got.

I like the 3rd design most, but I also like the head design of the 1st design(far left)

Cool idea. I dont know what path are you following, but i think the second one, with big front horn, has the same mood as the body. Because his design is agressive,with a lot of spikes. When you have a flatten head, looks like this part is not so agressive as much as the body, but as i have said, i dont know if is ittentional with the story/ idea that you are following.

Decided to go with the flat head, kinda dig that look. started changing its proportion, arms looks kinda boring from my previous sketch. I do like the curvy arms at the end, just need to figure out how it functions.

I love it! Do you removed the tiny arms in the last update? It was a great small-big contrast in my opinion. Maybe you can play around with asymmetrical design to get a special something and make the character unique.
