I finished this round of retopology to make the shapes nice and solid. Going to go back into ZBrush to add some smaller, subtle details. I am happy that this is under 80k tris so the sculpting should be nice and clean.
Doing some high end sculpts now and adding in a little more realism to what I've been doing up till now. Still some tweaks in the nose for the face. Progress!
Getting the trim sculpted in. Added a pass into the hands. I still have to tighten up the hands more. Going to work on the hair later today. Critiques and comments welcome!
I haven't been 100% happy with Abby's design and details, so I decided to go back to the drawing board to rework her some. Keeping the basemesh but changing up the clothing. I'm liking this design a lot more. Thoughts?
Here is a drawing design of the new Abby. Going to get back to sculpting while working on a model sheet.
Here's an update on the sculpt, building up the basic shapes to the new design. Still have the sleeves and gloves to work on and some of the bigger bits too. Shooting to get a lot done this sunday.
Got the initial block in done for Abby's staff in Maya. On to UV unwrapping and reinforcing edges before getting my sculpt on in ZBrush.
Any name ideas for Abby Stardust's staff that helps focus her powers of fae light?

I do plan to 100%. I was caught up with work and some commissions that dropped on my plate so I couldn't finish for the deadline of the competition. Still in my projects "to do" list. Going to rig her up fully so she can also be animated. Looking like summer time project. Thanks for posting and asking @sarawildeart

Ah that's a bummer, but would definitely like to see the final!
It will happen. Maybe sooner . Looking forward to getting back to it. I also didn't want to rush it so it will turn out better.
