Hi everyone! I'm so excited to be participating in another contest this year! My character this time around is going to be for the Light side. Her name is Mairi (pronounced Mah-ri), and she is a character I made for a tabletop rpg I was in this last year. She is primarily a healer, but just in case the going gets tough, she has her trusty Longinus to protect herself with. I'll be adding my mood board and references soon. I'm looking forward to everyone's entries!

First sketch, playing with some other pose ideas.
Well, I haven't had much chance to work on this during the holidays, so I'm finally getting back into it. I've made her outfit in Marvelous Designer. Also made some changes to it a little bit. Added an armor chest piece. What do you think so far? I'm going to take it into ZBrush and add some detail work to it later.
Got the basics down for her spear. The only thing that's left to model is the body, which I've kind of purposely left for last, since it's going to be the hardest part.
EDIT: Some friends of mine suggested a slight modification. Shown on the right.
Sorry for not posting in a while. I've been pretty busy with work. I've got just a couple of pieces to show off right now. First off, the design on the chest piece.
And second, Mairi's face so far. I think there might still be some work to be done here, but I was spending so much time that I was neglecting other parts. So for now, this is what it's going to be.
