Really nice progress so far, mate! Definitely movin' along. Look's like he's carrying through the attitude from the concept nicely.
I do have one quick note of feedback for the little monster - you may want to revisit the structure of the wings to keep them from looking like just a decorative piece tacked on his back. On a bird or bat wing, the connecting webbing carries through and past the elbow joint of the 'arm'. You can cut the webbing off early though - only bats have that connective tissue along their whole side. It jumped out at me because I literally just had to redo the wings on my concept the for same reason.
