The face is pretty much done. The hair is taking forever. I might be a little OCD with the getting all quads. Not really working out as well as I thought and I don't have much time left either. I don't know how i'm going to finish in time but I will try.

you're way ahead of me! Keep it up, it's looking good.
for your retopo, keeping your quads more evenly spaced will pay dividends in the long run =)

Thank you for the feedback. I'll keep that in mind. I just find some angels to hard to figure out. I'll keep working on it though.

I'm not sure what vrs. of maya you're using, but the latest ones have a QuadDraw tool where if you hold Shift you can smooth out the topo you've drawn over your high res obj. that'll help you out super quick on the face topo spacing if you have it =)

I'm using 2018. Thats actually what I was doing. The smooth feature is amazing. But the way I set up my hi res was dumb so I put myself in a bad spot for the arms and the body and other things. This is my first time doing this. I know my next character will go a lot smoother.

So I though I wouldn't be able to finish because of PC problems as well as rushing to finish my 2D entry in time. So into the final day. I'm gonna rush to finish this cyborg girl. Probably still no weapon in the end but will see. Here's a cool render shot.

Not sure if you saw, but the deadline got pushed to March 5th - you should still have some time to finish everything.

I did. That's why I said i'm going to work into the last day. I just finished my 2D recently so I'll be working on the 3D character 95% of the time. 5% for small changes to my 2D entry.

looking good! you're crazy for doing both 2D and 3D haha. I think some kind of weapon will really be worth it, even if it's just a small, Tracer style pistol. something to help when you pose her

I really am crazy. it was more work than I thought. I was getting stressed as well. That's why i dropped my 3D to finish my 2D, but, now I can hopefully finish the cyborg girl since I'm done with my 2D piece. I will really try for a weapon design. i already made some concepts. So I just have to make one of them.

Yes, I continued working on the 3D. Unfortunately things happened and I couldn't finish. Lost some work to say the least. Its all good as I just need to redo my uvs and then textures. Currently I have no wifi (using phone) I will post the final at a later date. On here an on my artstation.
